COVID 19 & FLU UPDATES

Covid Vaccine - The Covid vaccine campaign rolls on at Waddington. The Practice will call you or text you when you are eligible for a vaccine. 

For Information the Waddington Surgery is situated on the Crossroads in the village of Waddington. The post code is LN5 9NX and the surgery is on Mere Road, Waddington. There is plenty of Car parking at the surgery and has Disabled access and the use of a wheelchair if required.

If you are given the Pfizer vaccine you will have to wait 15 minutes at the surgey after being given the vaccine. If you are given the Astra Zeneca vaccine then you will only need to stay 15 minutes if you are driving.

The flu vaccination campaign will start again in Setember 2021. We are expecting that all patients over the age of 50 will be eligible for a vaccination. Anybody under 50 will be invited if they have a long term health condition that allows them to be eligible. Children who will be aged 2 or 3 on 1/9/21 will be called for their nasal flu.
